We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in their original, unused condition with packaging intact.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
💎 Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

✨ Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

⚖️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
