You will receive an email with tracking info once your order ships. If you haven't received it within 3–5 business days, check spam and contact us at support@spiritualabacus.store.
3. What is your return policy?

4. How do I choose the right size?
Visit our Size Guide page—including visuals for bracelets, bangles, rings, and necklaces—to help you measure and choose the perfect fit.
5. Are gemstones genuine?
Yes. We use only natural, ethically sourced gemstones. Because they're natural, each bead may vary slightly—making your jewelry unique!
6. How do I care for my jewelry?

7. What if I entered the wrong address?
Email us within 2 hours of ordering at support@spiritualabacus.store. We may still be able to update it before fulfillment. After that, address changes may not be possible.
8. Can I exchange sizes or colors?
Yes, exchanges are accepted within 30 days for the same item in a different size or color (if in stock). Once exchanged, the item cannot be refunded.
9. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes—gift wrapping is available at checkout. Each order includes a linen pouch and gift-ready box.
10. Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped, we may be able to cancel it. Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order for the best chance to cancel or change it.
11. Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?
We can ship to PO Boxes with standard shipping. Unfortunately, express couriers like DHL cannot deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses.
